HUTER project presents in AWS on-line seminar

HUTER consortia presented the latest developments Date: March 23rd 2022 On March 10th INCLIVA together with its software developer BAHÍA Software presented the last developments performed within the HUTER project in an on-line seminar organized by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The on-line seminar focused on researchers working in the education environment, non- profit organizations, health or public entities where the theme was to debate about solutions and advantages that AWS provides.

HUTER consortia to present latest developments

HUTER project selected to present a poster at a conference in Valencia about the Horizon Europe Program Date: March 10th 2022 A poster about the HUTER project will be displayed at the 11ª Conferencia del Programa Marco de Investigación e Innovación de la Unión Europea en España (XI Conference of the Research and Innovation Framework Program of the European Union in Spain), under the slogan “The new Horizon for Europe”, which will take place next April 6th at the Valencia Conference Centre in Valencia, Spain.

HUTER Data set

HUTER establishes the Data set of ~1 mil scRNAseq for endometrium cells at reproductive age to assess variability among individuals Date: March 4th 2022 HUTER research team presents the first version of the “Data set of scRNAseq for health and preeclamptic endometrial cells at reproductive age to assess variability among individuals”. Three areas are addressed: Acquisition and processing of healthy and preeclampsia tissue biopsies. Optimization of the bioinformatics pipeline for the scRNAseq analysis.

HUTER Platform ongoing

The Final implementation of data access tools and DICOM visualization tool have been completed. Date: March 4th 2022 The development of the activities related to the final implementation of data access tools and DICOM visualization tool has been accomplished. This work updates the previous tasks performed in the Beta version of access tools, reporting the final access tools developed and integrated in the platform from a functional perspective. The final updates, changes, improvements, and decisions made were based on the feedback provided by HUTER researchers and bioinformaticians during the project.

HUTER abstract accepted

Dr. Garrido and team to present at SRI meeting their latest developments within HUTER Date: January 12th 2022 Dr. Tamara Garrido & PhD student Irene Muñoz and team with the abstract titled “Single-cell atlas of defective decidualization in preeclampsia reveals different endometrial cell composition”, has been selected for an oral presentation in a concurrent oral session at the Society for Reproductive Investigation’s 69th Annual Scientific Meeting. The talk will take place at the preeclampsia session on March 18th 2022.

HUTER poster accepted

Dr. Mas to present at SRI her latest developments within HUTER Date: January 10th 2022 Dr. Aymara Mas abstract titled “Single Cell Transcriptomic Atlas Characterization of the Myometrium in Menopausal Women”, has been selected for a poster presentation at the Society for Reproductive Investigation’s 69th Annual Scientific Meeting. The poster will be presented at the Reproductive Biology session on March 17th 2022. This year the event will take place in Denver on March 15-19 2022.

HUTER ongoing research Date: December 21st 2021 HUTER Work Package Leader Dave Monk Phd., has coordinated actions with his research team and entities as the Wellcome Sanger Institute (WSI) and Fundación para la Investigación del Hospital Clínico de la Comunidad Valenciana (INCLIVA). The report presents the first version of the “Methylome for normal endometrial and myometrium tissues, cataloguing cell types”. Also, addresses two main areas: a) Optimisation of the single-cell methylation methodologies.
