HUTER DICOM implementation

HUTER contributes to standards in terms of imaging Date: May 19th 2022 HUTER research team presents the report “DICOM implementation”. The report includes the research and work performed that was required to develop a full implementation of the DICOM standard for several HUTER image types (immunohistochemistry, tissue microarray, fluorescence and single molecule fluorescence in situ hybridization or smFISH), for a future implementation in clinical practice. This report has been developed by BAHIA Software SLU in collaboration with the additional partners involved.

HUTER Platform ongoing

The Final implementation of data access tools and DICOM visualization tool have been completed. Date: March 4th 2022 The development of the activities related to the final implementation of data access tools and DICOM visualization tool has been accomplished. This work updates the previous tasks performed in the Beta version of access tools, reporting the final access tools developed and integrated in the platform from a functional perspective. The final updates, changes, improvements, and decisions made were based on the feedback provided by HUTER researchers and bioinformaticians during the project.

HUTER ongoing research Date: December 21st 2021 HUTER Work Package Leader Dave Monk Phd., has coordinated actions with his research team and entities as the Wellcome Sanger Institute (WSI) and Fundación para la Investigación del Hospital Clínico de la Comunidad Valenciana (INCLIVA). The report presents the first version of the “Methylome for normal endometrial and myometrium tissues, cataloguing cell types”. Also, addresses two main areas: a) Optimisation of the single-cell methylation methodologies.
